Shipping Information
- The shipping cutoff time is 11:00 AM.
- Shipped on the same day, but delivery may be delayed due to courier circumstances.
- Delivery is not available to Jeju Island and mountainous/western regions. Please contact us individually.
- Delivery is not available on Sundays and public holidays.
Returns / Exchanges
- Please contact the Customer Center before submitting a return or exchange request.
(If you return the item via a courier other than the designated one, the buyer is responsible for the additional shipping costs. Please be sure to contact the Customer Center before returning or exchanging.)
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted if the return request period has expired. (Within 7 days of receiving the product)
- If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to the opening of the packaging
- In case of product damage or breakage caused by the buyer's negligence
- Cases where the value of goods, etc. has decreased to the point where resale is difficult due to the passage of a long period of time
Refund Information
- Returns due to a simple change of mind after receiving the product must be made within 7 days of receipt (the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs).
- The period for withdrawing a subscription is within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- Free refund for defective or damaged products (seller covers round-trip shipping costs)
After-sales Service Information
- You can receive compensation for damages in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards (Notification by the Fair Trade Commission).
- You can request after-sales service through the customer center or the website bulletin board.
- For after-sales service, it is handled via courier, and the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
(Even in the case of free repair service, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs, and any repair costs incurred will be charged separately.)
